Who we are and what we do:
We are a member of a
network of independent M&A intermediaries founded by an M&A attorney with
more than 30 years experience in the industry. Our network has
established relationships with investment banks, public companies, private
equity groups and management buy-out funds that actively look for
acquisitions throughout the world.
With the resources of our network to draw upon we feel we can help you. Our finder fees
are success-based so there is not any upfront cost to you. You pay
only for results.
When working with Brokers and other Intermediaries, our Finder or
Referral fees are based on a percentage of the sell-side fees for
finding a buyer for their seller.
Again, fees are success-based.
"You only pay for results!”
The mechanics
of how it works
You engage us as a Finder to find a buyer for you on a success-based fee
basis. We provide you with our Seller Profile to fill out so that we have
adequate information on your seller to begin or we can take the
information you provide to put it into our profile sheet.
Through our
network of resources we then go out and find buyer prospects that would
have interest in the sellers business as a possible acquisition. We
provide them a blind/anonymous profile of the business for their
consideration and if they are interested get the appropriate
Non-Disclosure/Confidentiality and Non-Circumvention Agreements in place
in order to protect seller confidentiality and our working relationship.
We also have the buyer prospect execute the appropriate documents that you
request and return those to you.
Once the necessary agreements are signed to ensure confidentiality; the
buyer prospects are then introduced to you so that you and they can
discuss the possibilities of a mutually satisfactory deal with your
seller.
We
do not share any confidential information without the appropriate legal
documents protecting confidentiality and our relationships with our
clients being in place.
You maintain
strict control of disclosure of any confidential information and the
delivery of information to the buyer prospect. You are aware at all times
of what the buyer prospect has received. And by direct communication with
them are kept apprised of their level of interest and where things stand
in the negotiations. |
